PEACE OF MIND

How to achieve PEACE OF MIND and sustain it?
Owning a Ferrari GTO will make you happy? Sure it does, the millionaire feeling........Wow!
Going for months long cruise round the world will make life richer but after that?
For most ladies, endless shopping is such a bonanza which brings immense happiness
Despite they are only ornamental, most women folks fall heads over heels over the desire to own some jades, diamonds, gold bracelets and pearl necklaces.

Shopping, more shopping, shop till you drop!

Enjoying your holidays and having fun at a rendezvous is something you will truly valued in exaltation. It is important to have holidays, but over a prolonged period, one may become
disillusioned about working life and less productive. Besides one needs lots of money to have lavish holidays.

Let not your hearts be troubled! Get that peace of mind.

GRATITUDE is POWER
when we are thankful for what we have - for the friends we have, and for the things we've got, we attract more good people and good things!
If you were to ask your neighbor,
'What would give you peace of mind?' he might tell you,
'A vacation in Bermuda!' or
'An extra hundred grand would give me peace!', or
'A new Ferrari would make me content!'

Don't you want to attain peace of mind for your family members too, by sharing your happiness?

                             How about fine dining?

But going places and getting stuff is usually a temporary solution ...
Peace of mind rarely comes from getting more stuff.
Getting more stuff usually leads to wanting even more stuff!
Peace of mind starts with being grateful for what we have right now.

Complainers attract more things to complain about!
It is a law of life. It's hard to explain, but you can observe it around you. We get more of what we dwell upon.

You can envy and admire, but behave yourself by not going overboard.
Comradeship with the right company is most fulfilling
It is a known fact that pets make great company; owning one or two will certainly help to reduce pressure and fatigue
Children bring immense happiness and fulfillment to family life as they exude innocence and loveliness; they are so cherubic and cuddly.
Spiritual allegiance and faith are part of life for many; be truly faithful to one's religion but do not disdain others
It is benevolent to listen to some wise men even though you may not share their faith
Yoga-a tough physical practice popular among strong bodied and minded people
If you're aware that you're wrong, don't be ashamed to say 'Sorry!'
Sleeping among the cloud will probably end with a nasty fall
Words in jest will not harm enemies but will hurt the feeling of friends
Ah, it's so nice.......all soundly asleep together for this family

Sleeping on the job with the tie on, that's okay, it's total relaxing for this canine

'Start by being thankful. Be happy with what you have now, and more will come your way.'

                                                  Always value friendship

That's why all the spiritual masters have taught the same lesson ...
People, who always complain about what they DON'T HAVE, stay stuck.

Always remember to say Thank You by shaking hands

It's practical advice.
Every time you say a silent 'thank you' you’ll become more peaceful, and have more inner power.
                                            Better still, hugging one another

God bless.
